★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wey, neta pésimo servicio, hablé por teléfono para pedir informes y costos respecto a salida de autobuses y cuando me respondieron el teléfono, estuve esperando durante 5 minutos a qué el tipo me dijera por lo menos "buenas tardes" y ni eso pudo hacer, no hacía absolutamente nada, simplemente no te contestan, te dejan esperando en la línea de teléfono, y después cuando fui a la central a tomar el autobús, la que me dió el boleto tenía una cara, de súper mal plan, se supone que ese es su trabajo, estar para atender y ni siquiera pueden generar un buen servicio al cliente.
Wey, lousy net service, I spoke on the phone to ask for reports and costs regarding the departure of buses and when they answered the phone, I was waiting for 5 minutes for the guy to say at least "good afternoon" and he couldn't even do that, he did absolutely nothing, they just didn't answer you, they left you waiting on the phone line, and then when I went to the central station to take the bus, the one who gave me the ticket had a face, a super bad plan, that guy is supposed to It is their job to be there to serve and they cannot even generate good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve muy mala experiencia con una mujer que esta a cargo de vender boletos fue grosera y prepotente creo que es un servicio por cual estamos pagando fue a en la línea se ómnibus lamentable que tengan gente trabajando ahí y no fui la única a la cual trato mal
I had a very bad experience with a woman who is in charge of selling tickets, she was rude and arrogant, I think it is a service for which we are paying, she went to the bus line, it is unfortunate that they have people working there and I was not the only one I treated badly
