★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay control sobre el cubrebocas, mucha gente se quita el cubrebocas dentro del camion. Llenan todos los asientos de los camiones y la renovacion del aire no asegura la no transmision del coronavirus. No hay fila separadas ordenadas para los destinos y generalmente tardan mucho en salir los camiones de la tapo a texcoco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, quitaron corridas del servicio plus y en en el servicio ordinario llevan el autobus lleno, suben o permiten el acceso a personas sin cubre boca y no es solo una como el 10% del auto bus. Creo que alguien debería tomar cartas en el asunto pues estamos en una pandemia y hay quienes necesitamos transportarnos y no es una forma segura en medio de está pandemia.

Los encargados me dejaron esperando dos horas y aunque la unidad tenía las llaves pegadas no me dejaron subir a revisar. Es lamentable está situación. Para mí que ya me robaron mis cosas y mañana me saldrán con una disculpa. Lamentable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de servicio por parte de los choferes, son unos groseros tome el autobús 3146 y el señor solo me dijo que no tenía dinero en la tarjeta cuando al subir se indicó donde era la bajada y tenía el saldo justo y tuve que ir por el personal, el chófer me dijo que estaba loca y que aprendiera a decir las cosas cuando al subir se le indicó donde era la bajada. No tiene por que insultar a los pasajeros, capaciten a su personal inepto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de taquilla y guardias muy amables. Piden el uso correcto del cubre bocas lo único "malo" sería la conducta de los choferes, son muy prepotentes hasta con personas mayores.
