★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo los filtros sanitarios y de seguridad pasan todos y no revisan,no hay higiene en los baños, las salas de espera sucias y los sillones en malas condiciones. Lo unico bueno es la atencion en taquillas.
 Terrible sanitary and security filters pass all and do not check, there is no hygiene in the bathrooms, dirty waiting rooms and chairs in poor condition. The only good thing is the attention at the lockers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima terminal !!! Viajo seguido y esta es la peor de todas...los baños muy sucios y apestosos falla de logística...pocas opciones de movilidad .... Y eso que san luis potosi es una gran ciudad..... Decepcionado
Terrible terminal!!! I travel often and this is the worst of all... the bathrooms are very dirty and stinky logistics failure... few mobility options... And that San Luis Potosi is a great city... Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La central de autobuses de San Luis Potosi es una terminal pequeña, tiene algunas opciones para comer como hamburguesas, subway o comprar algún snack para el camino.
La verdad no es de mis terminales preferidas ya que siempre hay poca gente para atender a los clientes lo que hace que tengas que hacer fila y esperar varios minutos, por eso debes llegar mínimo com 30 min de anticipación.
Adicional si quieres pedir Uber va a ser muy difícil que te recojan en la terminal porque los taxistas de la central los amedrentan, entonces debes optar si puedes que mejor te vayan a recoger.
The San Luis Potosi bus station is a small terminal, it has some options to eat such as hamburgers, subway or buy a snack on the way.
The truth is that it is not one of my favorite terminals since there are always few people to serve customers, which makes you have to queue and wait several minutes, so you must arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
Additionally, if you want to ask for Uber, it will be very difficult for them to pick you up at the terminal because the taxi drivers from the central intimidate them, then you must choose if you can better pick you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las rejas de los sanitarios no sirven, el personal de limpieza es déspota, los guardias de seguridad privada no están capacitados para actuar en cualquier situación de emergencia, me tocó ver qué una señora pedía apoyo porque un taxista la estaba acosando, ella se bajo y se metió a la central de autobuses, los guardias solamente de hacían preguntas tontas y repetitivas hasta después de media hora decidieron llamar al 911, no tienen criterio para evaluar situaciones de riesgo, las instalaciones del la central están sucias, mala experiencia, pésimo servicio.
The bars of the toilets do not work, the cleaning staff is despotic, the private security guards are not trained to act in any emergency situation, I had to see that a lady asked for support because a taxi driver was harassing her, she got out and he went into the bus station, the guards only asked him silly and repetitive questions until after half an hour they decided to call 911, they have no criteria to assess risk situations, the facilities of the station are dirty, bad experience, lousy service.
