El día de hoy llamé para cambiar la hora de mo reserva, ya que no alcanzaría a llegar y me contestó un empleado de nombre “Marco” que me dejó colgado en el teléfono más de 20 minutos mientras platica con sus compañeros de como otra empleada no iba a ir a trabajar. Jamás me atendió y cuando traté de llamar varias veces más, nunca volvieron a contestar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a great deal on this special anniversary date choice! When we arrived the buffet was almost half price at 7 pm. What a treat! The service is phenomenal. Great atmosphere, really clean bathrooms, the buffet was well stocked with salamis and cheese, fresh salads and sides. The meat was cooked to perfection. And the wine selection was ample. We will definitely go back very soon.

The price is 700 pesos for 2 persons, that’s fair. I am a regular to other 2 Brazilian restaurants, one has the same rate but offers 5 stars service. Unfortunately, you are not getting that in here.
Everything I wanted I had to ask twice, plus there’s a serviette bin behind me, a staff constantly throwing serviettes to the bin like a pitcher, and honestly it wasn’t pleasant to me.
I hope the service can be better. The food’s alright, standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, very good service, although it's impossible to contact the front desk for a reservation. I received follow up messages with more than 24 hours delay, not giving any answers to my questions, that was really frustrating given that I wanted to host an event for 18 people. I had to visit the place to make a reservation, and they said that they would send me a confirmation message and additional info that I never received. Apart from that it's a very good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved this restaurant, it's at a great price from all the meat you can eat! The service from the waiters are outstanding, quality of the meat and salad bar is also great. Pricing is a bit high, but I think is very worthy from all the food you can get. I really recommend trying out this place.
