★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queja original Nov 2020: Tenía tiempo de no ir. Mi auto usa 4 litros de aceite y me cobraron 5. Todo mal desde el inicio sacan una garrafa de 4.73L, le sacan .73 litros, le ponen 4 y todavía tienen el descaro de cobrarme 5 cuando les dije que lleva 4 y le pusieron 4. Cuidado con ellos
Actualización 25/01/21: si eres la persona que esta en la caja te dije y te comente que mi auto en el manual usa 4 litros, me cobraste toda la garrafa completa y no me devolviste ni mi dinero, ni me diste el aceite sobrante, ni quisiste hacer caso de que te enseñaba el manual.
Si gustan quédense con el dinero, no vuelvo a tratar con gente así que tarda hasta 2 meses en contestar un queja y que creen que van a tener mas razón que el manual del auto que les llevan.
Original complaint Nov 2020: I had time not to go. My car uses 4 liters of oil and they charged me 5. Everything wrong from the beginning they take out a 4.73L jug, they take out .73 liters, they put 4 on it and they still have the nerve to charge me 5 when I told them it has 4 and they put it on 4. Beware of them
Update 01/25/21: if you are the person who is in the box I told you and I told you that my car in the manual uses 4 liters, you charged me for the whole bottle and you did not return my money, nor did you give me the oil leftover, nor did you want to pay attention to what the manual taught you.
If you like, keep the money, I never deal with people again so it takes up to 2 months to answer a complaint and they think they are going to be more right than the manual of the car they are taking.
