ESta terminal como cualquier otra cuenta con sanitarios y, al igual que las demandas demes de pagar para poder entrar a ellos, tengan cuidado pues cuando acudo al sanitario, realice el pago de 6 pesos y esta no me dio acceso quedándose la máquina con el dinero, lamentablemente durante la media hora que estuve esperando a la persona que llegaba de viaje, me tocó ver cómo a varias personas les pasada lo mismo, una persona que trabaja ahí en dijo que la Oficina estaba en el otro extremo, dicha oficina estaba cerrada, volví a preguntar a otra persona y me comento que le dijera a un guardia pero nunca mire uno. Si esto pasó durante la media hora que robó quizá como 24 pesos imaginen al día y a la semana el robó que genera el mal funcionamiento de estos aparatos. Intentaba cambiar unos boletos que adquirí en taquilla, no en línea, pero las señoritas no querían revisarlos y simplemente dijeron que teniamos que pagar para el cambio. Se que cuando los compras online hay un cierto descuento pero este no fue el caso, pero como sus empleados no tenían ni las intenciones de verificar, hablaban de forma tajante y no querían ceder, la verdad preferimos comprarlos con otra compañía. Primera y última vez que intentamos viajar con esta línea. Terrible service. No esperes que las señoritas te atiendan con amabilidad, ni les preguntes sobre los autobuses que se retrasan, no les interesa atenderte o te dan información que no es verdadera, tampoco esperes que anuncien las salidas o que te digan con certeza cuál es tu autobus. Y si se te pasa no se hacen responsables en absoluto si eres estudiante. La organización y la atención es pésima. Terrible service in high season.
