No me entregaron todo el material el mismo día y me hicieron regresar al otro día, la espera fue más de una hora porque el empleado que me atendió se había ido a comer y nadie más podía atenderme. No lo recomiendo para nada, más habiendo tantas opciones alrededor. The waiting times are nonsense, the employees are inept and do not answer your questions. They did not give me all the material the same day and they made me come back the next day, the wait was more than an hour because the employee who attended me had gone to eat and no one else could attend me. I do not recommend it at all, more so having so many options around.

Ese mismo día compré una loseta que si me entregaron pero para pedir mi reembolso de la fachaleta me piden el reembolso de todo lo que compré ese día. Cada semana después de las dos semanas de la supuesta fecha de entrega mando msj al señor Ivan Ruiz vendedor del mismo negocio que me atendió y me da largas con que “esta semana queda” Pésimo pésimo!!!!!!! Lousy lousy! I ordered a fachaleta on December 20 and today, January 25, they still haven't delivered it to me. When they told me that in 2 weeks I would be home. That same day I bought a tile that was delivered to me, but to request my refund for the fachaleta they ask me for a refund of everything I bought that day. Every week after two weeks of the supposed delivery date I send a msg to Mr. Ivan Ruiz, the salesman of the same business that attended me and he gives me the long run with "this week is left" lousy lousy!!!!!!!
