★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve más de 45 min esperando porque la muchacha estaba echando novio con un señor que ni sabía qué tornillo quería, se la pasó media hora saliendo y entrando del carro del señor, cambiando tornillos y tuercas. Mientras el otro señor y señora se la pasaban peleando con todos los clientes. Cuando por fin pasé la señora no me dio el tornillo que buscaba a pesar de que le llevé mi muestra, que si lo quería más largo, o con la longitud de cuerda más larga, que si de grado 5 u 8. A pesar de que pusieron un micrófono y bocina para que puedas escuchar debido a su pantalla para evitar COVID (lo cual está bien) no escuchan a uno como cliente, por lo que o hay que gritar o acercarse a sus ventajistas. Al final me cobró caro. Primera y última vez que voy. A
