★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es insuficiente el transporte para la colonia de Brisas del Campestre por lo menos en los Horarios de entrada y salida de trabajo.
Sería posible que nos pongan mas autobuses en esos horarios porque la población es cada día mayor en ésta Zona de la ciudad. POR FAVOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que es súper sorprendente que con tan solo $12 pesos que es lo que cuesta actualmente el camión aquí en León Guanajuato,puedas ir a cualquier destino,la base es pequeña para el número de personas que transita en ella,me agrada que vayan implementando nuevas rutas pero si pediría que la agrandaran un poco más,ya que en la hora pico casi no se puede ni pasar...Enfrente de los baños (Salida y Entrada a la Base peatonal) hay varios locales,una tiendita,un local de Telcel,Hierbalife...
Puedes ir a pagar tu agua a los cajeros que se encuentran en la entrada y salida de las instalaciones...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiadas filas, los camiones tardan los siglos de los siglos y cuando llegan los inspectores quieren subir casi a la gente hasta por el techo del camión, súper llenan al full los camiones y es hasta es salir mal con el operador del camion, la verdad no sé vale es estresante, ya no metan camiones normales para orugas 1 2 3 la gente no cabe se pierden rutas porque muchos necesitamos llegar a nuestro destino y ustedes por quererse ahorrar diesel meten camiones pequeños.
Too many lines, the trucks take forever and when the inspectors arrive they almost want to lift the people up to the roof of the truck, they super fill the trucks to the full and it's even going wrong with the truck operator, the truth is not I know it's okay, it's stressful, don't put in normal trucks for caterpillars 1 2 3 people don't fit in, routes are lost because many of us need to get to our destination and you want to save diesel and put in small trucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está muy limpio y ventilado;hay buena atención del personal. Lo malo, nunca hay tarjetas para pasaje y la planeación estadística de transporte es realmente mala. Debes esperar por algunas rutas hasta 50 minutos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hora esperando la X-13 para que la gente se meta y no te puedas subir, por culpa de que tardan los camiones siempre llego tarde a mi trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo decir que esta central de transferencia es la mas simple, aunque grande y espaciosa, y en la que no te "pierdes" pues cada anden (son tres: A, B, C) , esta bien definido y la señaletica esta clara y precisa, puedes ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad sin problema, y hay por lo menos otra opción para llegar un poco mas pronto a un destino...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre estamos de pie , subimos a el camión y de pie, cobran mucho dinero por un servicio pésimo , el transporte de León y de todo México es ineficiente, además explotan a los trabajadores camioneros trabajan 18 horas y no les pagan las horas extras conforme a la ley laboral, y luego culpan accidentes a los operadores cuando en realidad son los reglamentos de pésimo gobierno como las barras las barras son las de las fotos cuando hay blokeos de los usuarios a esas barras se las cobran injustamente a los operadores de las unidades, esas barras son un invento para robarles a los operadores de camión de este transporte pésimo.
Terrible service, we are always on our feet, we get on the truck and stand up, they charge a lot of money for a lousy service, transportation in León and throughout Mexico is inefficient, they also exploit truck workers, they work 18 hours and are not paid for their hours extras according to the labor law, and then they blame accidents on the operators when in reality they are the regulations of the lousy government like the bars the bars are the ones in the photos when there are user blockages those bars are unfairly charged to the operators of the units, those bars are an invention to rob the truck operators of this lousy transport.
