★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que básicamente no hay nada de seguridad es un lugar muy tranquilo así que no hay nada de que preocuparse mientras cuides tus maletas.
Suele haber pocas personas en todo el día, yo viaje en diciembre y me tocó ver muchos mochileros. Los autobuses salen de aquí con tres o cuatro personas como máximo por lo que no es necesario comprar boletos con anticipación ni siquiera en temporada alta (debes saber que tienen un solo mostrador y dos empleados que se encargan de vender boletos).
Si lo comparamos con otras centrales podríamos decir que esta es la más vieja y simple de todas, al principio pensé que era una especie de bar que fue remodelado para ser una central por su aspecto rústico, aunque tiene todos los elementos básicos de una central como baños (cobran cinco pesos por el mantenimiento), una fila de asientos para esperar (aunque nadie espera sentado) etc. dentro hay como dos máquinas de dulces y a fuera un Seven Eleven y señoras vendiendo tamales y cosas calientes. Su detoriamiento es muy notorio pero me consta que le dan mucho mantenimiento.
En general lo recomiendo como una buena alternativa con precios accesibles si lo único que te importa es llegar tu desino, si eres exigente te recomiendo buscar otras centrales.

The buses leave here with a maximum of three or four people so it is not necessary to buy tickets in advance even in high season (you should know that they have a single counter and two employees who are in charge of selling tickets).
If we compare it with other power plants we could say that this is the oldest and simplest of all, at first I thought it was a kind of bar that was remodeled to be a power plant due to its rustic appearance, although it has all the basic elements of a power plant such as bathrooms (they charge five pesos for maintenance), a row of seats to wait (although nobody waits seated) etc. Inside there are like two candy machines and outside a Seven Eleven and ladies selling tamales and hot things. Their detortion is very notorious but I know they give it a lot of maintenance.
In general, I recommend it as a good alternative with affordable prices if the only thing you care about is reaching your destination, if you are demanding I recommend you look for other exchanges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo y horrible servicio espere cuatro horas para abordar el autobús y todavía recibí la atención del conductor muy prepotente, grosero.necesitan ver qué choferes poner para el servicio de los clientes.
Terrible and horrible service I waited four hours to board the bus and still got the attention of the very pushy, rude driver. They need to see what drivers to put for customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para viajar, si es tu última opción adelante, pero la verdad es pésimo el servicio, siempre son de "paso" y por eso nunca salen a la hora. Te bajan en otro lugar porque no les conviene llegar al destino y tienes que buscar otra opción en lugar que ellos te abandonan.
Adicional en la terminal nunca funcionan los sanitarios, únicamente los choferes o trabajadores pueden hacer uso de las instalaciones.
The worst place to travel, if it is your last option, but the service is really bad, they are always "step" and therefore never leave on time. They lower you in another place because it is not convenient for them to reach the destination and you have to look for another option instead of them leaving you.
Additional in the terminal the toilets never work, only the drivers or workers can make use of the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible planeación en las corridas. Llevo esperando más de 1 hr de acuerdo a la salida programada y las personas en ventanilla no dan respuestas claras, sólo largas y largas a cuándo llegará el camión. Les recomiendo utilizar otra línea de autobuses.
Horrible planning in the bullfights. I have been waiting for more than 1 hr according to the scheduled departure and the people at the window do not give clear answers, only long and long when the truck will arrive. I recommend using another bus line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi mamá compró su boleto para salir de zapopan a tuxpan nay. Directo y según saldría alas 10 am, el autobús nunca llego eran las 12 del día y ella seguía ahy, no tienen baños, el lugar sucio, y para colmo la recepcionista muy sangrona, mi mamá salio de ahy casi a la 1 pm y para colmo la mandaron a tepic por que jamás llego el autobús por que se descompuso......la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada muy mal servicio mil veses ómnibus de México en central del milenio ahy si son puntuales
Terrible service, my mom bought her ticket to go from zapopan to tuxpan nay. Directly and as it would leave at 10 am, the bus never arrived it was 12 o'clock and she was still there, they do not have bathrooms, the place dirty, and to top it off the very bloody receptionist, my mother left there almost at 1 pm and stopped To top it off they sent her to Tepic because the bus never arrived because it broke down ...... I really don't recommend it at all, very bad service a thousand times Mexico bus in central del millennium ahy if they are punctual

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el autobus de pacífico, asiento que no sirven y tampoco funciona el aire acondicionado, 5 horas de viaje con el camión súper caliente, vamos a llegar deshidratados, se pasan, no cobran nada barato, para las condicines del autobus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es amplio el lugar y fresco pero no hay música, televisión o internet. Te atienden “bien” pero no son muy amables y les cuesta mirarte a la cara. Les falta mucho por mejorar servicio.
The place is wide and fresh but there is no music, television or internet. They treat you "well" but they are not very kind and it is hard for them to look you in the face. They lack a lot to improve service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima puntualidad, el autobús 3 horas de retraso para abordar y nos cambian de autobús a medio camino a un servicio que no pague (económico).
Para todo esto llegue 5 horas más tardes de lo acordado
Y no fue por tráfico ni accidentes en carretera.
Yo si lo pensaba 2 veces antes de seguir de cliente en esta línea de autobuses
Terrible punctuality, the bus was 3 hours late to board and they changed us from the bus halfway to a service that did not pay (cheap).
For all this I arrived 5 hours later than agreed
And it was not due to traffic or road accidents.
I did think twice before continuing as a client on this bus line
