I like the place, as far as the CrossFit area is concerned, half of the space was lost to add machines and cardio equipment, taking away part of the essence of the original CrossFit area.

El equipo no es el mejor, pero es funcional para alcanzar las metas que uno se propone. Donde sí es una mala experiencia es en el trato que te dan los chavos que atienden en la recepción, y a la hora que vayas a preguntar es lo mismo ya que se sienten dueños del lugar y se les olvida que su trabajo es servicio al cliente. Y no se hable de los instructores del área de pesas, porque no existen. Llegan a quererte vender la asesoría personalizada, cuando es su trabajo enseñarte los ejercicios y evitar que te lesiones dentro de las instalaciones. Desgraciadamente, no hay muchas opciones de gimnasios en la zona. It is a good gym and has trained instructors in the area of Crossfit and Box. o	octavio padilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gym está equipado pero le falta un buen instructor, el instructor de la mañana se burla de la mayoría, que le solicita ayuda y más los que se acaban de inscribir, y se pone hacer ejercicio y no quiere que lo molesten así cómo? Es mejor no pedirle ayuda porque te da unas hojas y has el aparato que indica ahí, no explica postura ni forma de hacerlo, pésimo servicio.
