★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de la veterinaria es muy atento y es muy amable con los perros. Los precios están super bien. Solo que el problema solo es do de estacionarse pero en las calles aledañas puedes dejar tu auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marqué a las 5:40 am porque mi chihuahua necesitaba atención URGENTE. Me atendió el teléfono, me dio costos y le dije que iba para allá. Cuando llegué, el lugar estaba cerrado y no volvió a contestar el teléfono.
Después de marcarle muchas veces sin respuesta, regresé a mi casa y mi chihuahua finalmente murió.
Piénsenlo 2 veces si quieren salvar a sus mascotas.
Creo que es poco profesional y nada ético dejarte plantada en frente del local con tu perrito enfermo.
I dialed at 5:40 am because my chihuahua needed URGENT attention. He answered the phone, gave me costs and I told him I was going there. When I arrived, the place was closed and he did not answer the phone again.
After dialing him many times with no response, I returned home and my chihuahua finally died.
Think twice if you want to save your pets.
I think it is unprofessional and unethical to stand in front of the premises with your sick little dog.

Tuvimos una emergencia por la noche, marcamos para saber si podían atender a nuestra perrita y dijeron que si, nos dijeron el precio debido a la hora, les mencionamos que estaba bien, y que vamos en camino.
Al llegar estaba cerrado y no nos volvieron a contestar las llamadas, estuvimos tocando y marcando. ¡Nuestra perrita murió en brazos!
¡Que impotencia!
Veterinary 24hrs. IT'S FALSE!
We had an emergency at night, we called to see if they could attend to our dog and they said yes, they told us the price due to the time, we mentioned that it was fine, and that we are on our way.
When we arrived it was closed and they did not answer our calls again, we were ringing and dialing. Our dog died in our arms!
What impotence!
