★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para comer, los chilaquiles están exquisitos, valen completamente la pena, le pongo 4 estrellas solo porque las bebidas se ven bien pero el sabor no cumplió mis expectativas, sin embargo se compensa con los la excelencia de los chilaquiles verdes.
-ACTUALIZO-
Me parece que la empresa está siendo sarcástica conmigo al decir "tu paladar refinado", cosa que de ser cierta, es una grave falta de respeto a los clientes, espero sea un mal entendido.
Añado que no es solo mi paladar, fui con mi novia y mi suegra y ellas tuvieron la misma opinión, la comida excelente pero las bebidas no tanto (ellas pidieron el que es como rompope y agua de limón con jengibre.
Excellent place to eat, the chilaquiles are exquisite, they are completely worth it, I give it 4 stars only because the drinks look good but the taste did not meet my expectations, however it is compensated by the excellence of the green chilaquiles.

It seems to me that the company is being sarcastic with me by saying "your refined palate", which, if true, is a serious lack of respect for customers, I hope it is a misunderstanding.
I add that it is not just my palate, I went with my girlfriend and my mother-in-law and they had the same opinion, the food was excellent but the drinks were not so much (they ordered the one like eggnog and lemon water with ginger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place appears to be popular, and for good reason! I had a chance to talk with the owner for quite awhile. He's a young gentleman who grew up here in Etzatlán and received his degree in industrial engineering before returning home to start this amazing coffee shop. (His girlfriend, also an Etzatlán native, works here as well and, like all the staff here, is very friendly, warm, and courteous.)
You can't go wrong with any of their coffee drinks, and they have A LOT of choices. Their food is especially outstanding as well. This place is a must-try, and I wish them lots of success.
