El domingo llamé porque contrate el martes pasado la línea telefónica + internet, este sábado pasado me quedé sin internet, el domingo me ayudaron dándome instrucciones para ver si podría hacer ajustes al módem y que pudiera tener internet sin embargo no se pudo reestablecer el internet, por lo cuál me dieron un número de folio para que me hiciera una visita el técnico, me comentó el asesor que de 3 a 5 días me llamaría el asesor para hacerme la visita y checar el módem, no llevo ni 8 días con el servicio y ya me quedé sin internet me dio este folio: 16857273, hoy llamo y resulta me dijo la asesora que no había ningún folio ni reporte de la visita del técnico que iba levantar nuevamente el reporte, y me dio otro folio y que de 5 a 7 días me avisaban... Me dio otro folio: 16935835, no es posible que yo levanté un reporte el domingo y hoy martes llame para que me dieran actualización de la visita y me dijo la asesora (bastante prepotente) que no había ningún reporte y que ahora tendría que esperar otros 7 días para que me visite el técnico? No es posible en verdad, contraté el servicio más que nada por el internet y resulta que lo instalaron el martes pasado y sólo tuve internet 4 días... Me podrían ayudar por favor?
