★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficinas agradables, excelente ambiente y gente muy amistosa por lo regular, a pesar de que está demasiado al sur de la ciudad, cuenta con todos los servicios cercanos, desde lugares de comida hasta gimnasios. Buena seguridad y accesible para ir en auto o transporte público.
Pleasant offices, excellent atmosphere and very friendly people on a regular basis, although it is too far to the south of the city, it has all the services nearby, from food places to gyms. Good security and accessible to go by car or public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buenas tardes esto sucedio hoy alrededor de las 2.3o pm de la tarde fui a cobrar un envio a banco azteca de Elektra Azcapotzaco saque mi telefono para ver el numero de envio y esto se presto a que las 3 cajeras de ese banco me tuvieran vcomo marioneta dando vueltas de ventanilla a ventanilla una me decia conmigo no vsaya a la otra ventanilla y la otra señrita me decia lo mismo despues de q0 minutos y de estar jugando conmigo cobro mi envio y pago la mensualidad de mi refrigerador despues voy con el gerente de dicha Sucursal de Ascapotzalco y me escucha pero no hace nada al respecto que clase de atencion es esta que nada mas juegan con el cliente pido a corporativo o autoridades correspondientes que las cajerass y gerente del lugar sean sancionados porque primero es el cliente
good afternoon this happened today around 2.3 pm in the afternoon I went to collect a delivery to the Aztec bank of Elektra Azcapotzaco I took out my phone to see the delivery number and this was given to the fact that the 3 tellers of that bank had me as a puppet Going from window to window one would tell me not to go to the other window and the other lady would tell me the same thing after q0 minutes and to be playing with me I collect my shipping and pay the monthly fee for my refrigerator then I go with the manager of said Ascapotzalco branch and listens to me but does nothing about it. What kind of attention is this that they just play with the client? I ask the corporate or corresponding authorities that the cashiers and manager of the place be sanctioned because they are the client first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las tiendas Elektra no cumplen con las garantías extendidas yo compré un refrigerador con garantía extendida reporte la falla desde el 8 de diciembre y no dan nada de solución, unos a otros se hechan la bolita que si el empleado, el Mabe, que si el gerente autorizo la visita nadie resuelve nada. Yo lo compré el Elektra de José López Portillo cerca de Guadalupe Victoria Ecatepec.
