a	arturova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y la atención son excelentes, es un gran lugar para dejar a tu perrito porque en verdad lo cuidan, el perro juega, socializa y lo vigilan las 24 horas, no está encerrado en una jaula. No le doy 5 estrellas porque compré algunas cosas en su tienda, todo bien excepto un collar que no era barato y se rompió muy fácil, un pequeño jalón, mi perro quedó sin nada en la calle unos minutos y eso es muy peligroso. Desafortunadamente no me quisieron hacer el reembolso. Se me hace un poco alarmante que no actúen en beneficio del consumidores, en especial cuando lo que gastaste no fue barato (vacunas, pensión, revisión veterinaria, guardería y objetos de la tienda) y que que prefieran no rembolsar 400 pesos a perder un posible cliente frecuente. No sé si sea un tema del dueño o supervisión porque la gente que trabaja ahí es de lo más amable y respetuosa. Servicio de pensión bien, servicio de tienda muy malo. Es claro que aquí alguien quiere desprestigiar el lugar, yo tengo mucho tiempo de llevar a mis perros y JAMAS EN LA VIDA me han regresado a mis 3 perros con pulgas, lastimados o he tenido algún tipo de conflicto con la gente del lugar, mis peludos siempre salen contentos ya que suelo ser bastante exigente en cuidar a quien le dejo a mis perritos y aclaro no son de raza!!!! Entonces no se dejen manipular ni influenciar. Tengo 3 perritos a los cuales yo les decías meztisos por no ser de raza pura, ellos me enseñaron que se les llama raza única, siempre que llevo a mis latosos los reciben con mucho cariño y les hablan muy bonito. Todos esos que comentan que el lugar no lo recomiendan yo les recomiendo que piensen por sí mismos y dejen de estar de niños de preescolar y actúen conforme la edad que tienen Very happy with the place. R	Romina Geranio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, te voy a decir lo PEOR que me ha tocado de Central Pets, -Empleados incompetentes, presentas a tu peludo para grooming, te dan una hora de recogida, si terminan el servicio antes tienes que ir INMEDIATAMENTE por tu peludo, sino te cobran por "guarderia". Si ellos terminan antes, poruqe deberian cobrar el extra!!! -Servicio Veterinario DEFICIENTE, lleve a mi cachorro a varias citas, y adivina que?, cambian de veterinario super seguido, quiza no aguantan las pesimas condiciones laborales. -Ten cuidado, en cada visita veterinaria trataran de venderte hasta lo que no tienen, a mi me quisieron vender croquetas que ni siquiera tenian en existencia -Los veterinarios JAMAS le dan seguimiento a tu cachorro, aunque en consulta te dicen que te llamaran para verificar sus avances -NEFASTO, los dueños piden reseñas positivas a su FAMILIA y AMIGOS, es neta?!?!?! -NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES de lo que le ocurra a tu mascota en su guarderia, deje a mi cachorro y me lo regresaron lastimado, porque otro perrito lo mordio, NO HAY SUPERVISION!!, ademas me cobraron la curacion!!! Dios sabe en manos de QUIEN, estas dejando a tu mascota, asi que ten cuidado! Tratan con mucho amor y respeto a todos los animales. Si vas a usar su servicio de guardería recomiendo pagar por su paquete de 10 o 20 días ya que es mucho más económico que por día.
