★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los operadores de telmex tengo un mes tratando de comunicarme para cancelar mi servicio de telmex y siempre que llamo están "colapsados por contingencia" toma la llamada los operadores y te cuelgan después de dos horas de espera, me comunico por Twitter y es lo mismo según tiene el mes "canalizando la información". La verdad ese tipo de empleados no deberían estar ahí si no quieren trabajar solo hacen dar una muy mala experiencia al cliente y hacen que personas como yo jamas quieran volver a contratar sus servicios.
Terrible attention from telmex operators I have a month trying to communicate to cancel my telmex service and whenever I call they are "collapsed due to contingency" the operators take the call and they hang up after two hours of waiting, I communicate through Twitter and it is the same according to the month "channeling the information". The truth is that these types of employees should not be there if they do not want to work, they only give the customer a very bad experience and make people like me never want to hire their services again.
