A	Antonio Rosas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, ME ROBARON Hojas de maderas, hice un pedido grande y fueron a entregarlo a mi casa al empezar a pintar mis maderas me hacian falta 4 hojas de madera fui a reclamar y no me resolvieron ME ROBARON las 4 hojas de madera y los sobrantes de los cortes que hice, TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO POR QUE EN ESTA MADERERIA TE ROBAN!!!! Terrible, THEY STOLEN WOOD SHEETS, I placed a large order and they went to deliver it to my house when I started to paint my wood I needed 4 sheets of wood I went to claim and they did not solve me THEY STOLE the 4 wood sheets and the leftovers of the cuts that I made, BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE IN THIS WOODS YOU STOLE !!!!

Hice un pedido y tardaron demasiado en entregarlo, llamamos y no contestaban (el número que tienen de celular con el ícono de whatsapp, NO existe). Hasta tiempo después me dijeron que ya había salido el servicio, que no tardaban. Después, me llamaron diciendo que no encontraban el domicilio (cuando literal está sobre una avenida) mandé mi ubicación por whats y aún así tuve que guiarlos por teléfono en vivo. Al llegar el jove Miguel fue MUY GROSERO, aventando las maderas que se habían pedido y reclamándome que él no era de por aquí (hemos hecho pedido a ferretería y casas de materiales, jamás hubo problema y tampoco "eran de por aquí"). Ni siquiera quiso verme a la cara, mandó a otro chico con la hoja del pedido para que yo firmara de recibido. Cuando vio que me volteé hacia mi casa (tenía que ir por una pluma porque ellos no tenían) me chiflaron y hasta pitaron el claxon. Obviamente me enojé y le dije sus cosas. MIGUEL se fue riendo. Francamente jamás vuelvo a solicitar su "servicio". Terrible service! Be careful. Until some time later they told me that the service had already left, that they did not take long. Later, they called me saying that they could not find the address (when it is literally on an avenue) I sent my location by WhatsApp and even so I had to guide them by phone live. When the young Miguel arrived, he was VERY RUDE, throwing the woods that had been requested and claiming that he was not from around here (we have ordered from hardware stores and material houses, there was never a problem and neither were they "from around here"). MIGUEL left laughing. Frankly, I never ask for your "service" again.

Me salió un tablero defectuoso y lo cambiaron sin problema. Eso sí....por teléfono es imposible comunicarse. It is somewhat complicated at the beginning, once you measure the staff, they are excellent. The requested cuts are accurate and clean. I got a faulty board and they changed it without problem. Of course .... by phone it is impossible to communicate.
