Es la construcción de mayor altura en la Ciudad, por lo que el edificio de TOSCANO es utilizado como referencia para dar indicaciones por las personas de Cd. Guzmán.
 The Comercial de Telefonos de México store in Cd. Guzmán is the largest in the south of the state of Jalisco, in these facilities is not only the store, it also houses operations departments (outside plant), maintenance center and long distance (PTAZ ).
