★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase un mal momento entre enojos e insultos, recurrí a la jefa de turno del estacionamiento para notificarle que al momento de entrar se levantó la pluma y no me dio el boleto de pago. En el momento fui a notificar y la jefa quién se portó déspota y grosera me dijo que no debí haber ingresado y ahora tenía que pagar como boleto perdido. Le expliqué de manera serena y cordial que no me podía detener ya que tenía varios carros detrás de mí y la jefa contesto que ese era mi problema. Pedí hablar con su jefe y se río y me ignoro. Afortunadamente Vi que en el letrero había un teléfono el cual marque. De manera inicial la persona que contesto me dijo que no ingresará, lamentablemente me tuve que poner grosera para que me dieran solución. Finalmente me solucionaron el problema pero mientras mi madre quién es una adulta mayor y yo fuimos objeto de insultos y groserías por parte del público que quería ingresar a la plaza. Es una pena que la gente sea tan insensible y los trabajadores de esa plaza tan ineficientes. Lo que si me queda claro es que no volvería a ir y mucho menos recomendar el lugar.
I had a bad time between anger and insults, I went to the head of the parking lot to notify her that when I entered, the pen was raised and she did not give me the payment ticket. At the time I went to notify and the boss who behaved despotic and rude told me that I should not have entered and now I had to pay as a lost ticket. I explained in a serene and cordial manner that I could not stop since I had several cars behind me and the boss replied that this was my problem. I asked to speak to his boss and he laughed and ignored me. Fortunately I saw that on the sign there was a phone which I dialed. Initially, the person who answered told me that he will not enter, unfortunately I had to be rude to find a solution. Finally they solved the problem for me, but while my mother, who is an older adult, and I were the object of insults and profanity from the public who wanted to enter the plaza. It is a pity that people are so insensitive and the workers in that square so inefficient. What is clear to me is that I would not go again, much less recommend the place.
