1.- He realizado 20 intentos y solo consigo el mensaje de la contestadora que al seleccionar el servicio de citas con especialistas en la opción 1 solo un mensaje que dice “lamentablemente el servicio no está disponible” intente más tarde.
2.- Cuando se consigue que tomen la llamada, una dama nada servicial, atiende sin dar respuestas. La primera vez me indicó que en 3 días me daría la cita con especialista. Pregunto porque y cuelga. Una semana después de muchos inténtentos me dice que debo darle nuevamente los datos y pregunto porque y cuelga
3.- El servicio es pésimo, ya que nadie contesta el teléfono o no hay personal suficiente para atender las llamadas y cuando se consigue no te pueden dar una cita línea, en su lugar hay que volver a enfrentarse a que te respondan 3 días después
The service is lousy:
1.- I have made 20 attempts and I only get the message from the answering machine that when selecting the appointment service with specialists in option 1, only a message that says “unfortunately the service is not available”, try later.
2.- When the call is taken, an unhelpful lady answers without giving answers. The first time he told me that in 3 days he would give me an appointment with a specialist. I ask why and hang up. A week after many attempts he tells me that I should give him the data again and I ask why and he hangs up
3.- The service is terrible, since no one answers the phone or there are not enough personnel to answer the calls and when it is obtained they cannot give you an appointment on the line, instead you have to face being answered 3 days later
