(mal sistema de citas, mala actitud, discriminación, 0 medidas preventivas ante la contingencia) Fui paciente por varios años y deje de ir en la temporada que dejo de atender el joven y lo relevo la señora, por que no nos gusto su actitud ni servicio. al regresar nos encontramos con un pésimo sistema, donde se te solicitaba el pago anticipado al llegar y también para agendar, pero no te decían hora ni nada, si decides retirarte por la tardanza te retienen el dinero y no muestran ni la mínima intención de regresarlo. El ir es aventarte un volado entre que te atiendan a la hora de apertura o tres horas después. en esta ocasión no se tubo consideración por que la persona que estaba esperando la cita no escucho su nombre aun conociendo la situación del paciente con déficit auditiva, el terapeuta se tomo de eso y se salto las 3 citas que teníamos reservadas y pagadas a diferentes nombres, al notar la situación y presentar la queja, culpo la situación en vez de aceptar su pésimo sistema. Terrible experience!
