★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues fue un servicio rápido y eficiente. El único problema fué el que se regularizará el servicio. Aún faltan medicamento para desparasitar y rabia, pero ya hay consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí no me parece que, dan un "horario te atención" y al final lo recortan. Dicen que atienden de 9:00 de la mañana a 2:00 de la tarde. Y a las 12:30, cierran y un hay policía que no te deja ingresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llevado gatos a esterilización antes y todo muy bien. Pero la semana pasada recogí un perrito y no quisieron ni siquiera revisarlo. El doctor que me atendió aparte de déspota y grosero no se tomó la molestia ni de revisar al animal alegando que como no había convivido conmigo una semana no podía hacerle nada, negándome el servicio de consulta, vacunas y desparasitación.
I have had cats sterilized before and all very well. But last week I picked up a puppy and they didn't even want to check it. The doctor who treated me, apart from being despotic and rude, did not even bother to check the animal, claiming that since he had not lived with me for a week he could not do anything to him, denying me the consultation service, vaccines and deworming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que llegar 7:00 AM dan solo 10 fichas. Yo llevé a mi gata a esterilizar y quedó muy bien y el servicio fue gratuito. El personal es amable y cuidadoso con los amigos peludos. Gracias por su dedicación a todos los que trabajan aquí.
You have to arrive 7:00 AM they give only 10 tokens. I took my cat to be sterilized and it turned out very well and the service was free. The staff is friendly and careful with furry friends. Thank you for your dedication to everyone who works here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fichas para esterilización las dan a las 8am. Pero se tienen que formar desde las 7am. Ya que sólo dan 10 fichas y se llenan los lugares. Para las consultas, se empiezan a formar desde las 10:20 am. Ayuno de 12 hrs, no agua ni comida, llevar una manta, caja o transportadora. Es escencial que el animal no coma ni un poco, porque con la anestesia se puede ahogar y no habrá modo de ayudarlo.
Cuando salga su mascota de esterilización cuiden de que sus ojos estén cerrados, algunos salen con los ojos abiertos y la resequedad puede lastimar sus ojitos.
The tokens for sterilization are given at 8am. But they have to form from 7am. Since they only give 10 chips and the places are filled. For consultations, they begin to form from 10:20 am. Fast for 12 hours, no water or food, bring a blanket, box or carrier. It is essential that the animal does not eat a bit, because with anesthesia it can suffocate and there will be no way to help it.
