★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, una Q3 tardo más de 2 meses y termine llevando mi auto a otro taller para volverlo a pintar y las piezas faltantes. Nada recomendable.
Nefarious service, a Q3 took more than 2 months and I ended up taking my car to another workshop to repaint it and the missing pieces. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podrian darme una cita con el Gerente, mi vehiculo A3 entro al taller el dia 17/febrero/2015 y el dia de hoy 10/Abril/2015 supuestamente ya habia quedado. Pero me encontre con la facia trasera estrellada, los cinturones de seguridad no estan arreglados y un golpe en el estribo lado chofer. Espero no encontrarme con otra anomalia. Cabe hacer mencion, que el vehiculo esta asegurado con ZURICH..sin mas por el momento, quedo de ustedes. SALU2
11/ABRIL/2015 12:30 HRS...Acudi a su taller para que me informaran sobre mi vehiculo y me presentaron al jefe de talleres el sr. Oscar Gallegos Legorreta, le mostre el mal acabado de la facia trasera, golpe del estribo, el faro derecho que no lo cambiaron y el mal funcionamiento de los cinturones de seguridad,menciona que el se encargara de todos los detalles como si fuera su carro particular y que el dia Lunes 13/04/2015 el personalmente se comunicara con un serividor para darme avances,,,,cosa que no ha sucedido, siendo las 19:45 hrs. del dia Lunes..espero recibir su llamada el dia martes,,SALU2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, mi coche entró el día 10 de junio y hoy día miércoles 22 de julio es día que no me lo entregan, ni siquiera tienen la decencia de llamarme para dar información de los avances, no contestan el teléfono y tengo que estar llendo para ver como va, por que si no ni me entero. Si alguien puede llevar su coche a otro lado, en vez de ahí, mejor háganlo.
Terrible service, my car entered on June 10 and today Wednesday July 22 is the day that they do not deliver it to me, they do not even have the decency to call me to give information on the progress, they do not answer the phone and I have to be driving to see how it goes, because if not or I find out. If someone can take your car somewhere else, do it better.
