★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregunto si aceptan tarjeta y me dicen que si. Cambian mis llantas y al pagar no aceptan mi tarjeta AMEX. La vendedora me dice que no le dije que tarjeta, pero soy el cliente… no el vendedor y ella debió de aclarar cuáles no aceptaban. 4 horas perdidas entre traslado, instalación y desinstalación. Son una llantera que vende al mayoreo, en que cabeza cabe no aceptar tarjetas. Es más fácil que un puesto ambulante tenga terminal para todas las tarjetas que esté establecimiento. Y no lo digo yo, al parecer esto lleva tiempo. La única estrella que dejo es para el que instala, que también parece ser que no tienen la capacidad de emplear a alguien más y le dejan todo el trabajo a él. Triste llegar por recomendación e irse por esta experiencia.

I ask if they accept card and they tell me yes. They change my tires and when paying they don't accept my AMEX card. The saleswoman tells me that I didn't tell her which card, but I'm the customer... not the salesperson and she should have explained which ones they didn't accept. 4 hours lost between transfer, installation and uninstallation. They are a tire shop that sells wholesale, in which head it is possible not to accept cards. It is easier for a street vendor to have a terminal for all the cards that are in the establishment. And I'm not saying it, apparently this takes time. The only star I leave is for the installer, who also seems to not have the ability to employ someone else and leave all the work to him. Sad to arrive on recommendation and leave for this experience.
P.S. The number is useless, they do not answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio de la llantas que compre fue bueno, y por un poco mas lo puede diferir a meses sin intereses con Tarjeta de Crédito.. nos gustaría aconsejar a los propietarios tener mas personal, el chavo que atiende es eficiente pero no se le alcanza el tiempo..
The price of the tires that I bought was good, and for a little more you can defer it to months without interest with a Credit Card. We would like to advise the owners to have more staff, the guy who attends is efficient but he does not have enough weather..
