One morning I brought in my Motorcycle for a simple repair (to replace a crankshaft sensor) and they promise to call me back the same day with a repair estimate. In the next 9 days I called 3 times to check on it an every time they had a lousy excuse like: (we are too busy, our system is down, can't find the pert). I decided to withdraw the bike from the shop to have it repaired elsewhere.
