★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar tiene el PEOR servicio al cliente en la historia, creo que nunca me habían dado tan mal servicio, no solo que te atienden DE PIE en ningún momento te invitan a sentarte para discutir el tema, se compró el coche en esa misma agencia de autos y aun así no sirve de nada. se dejó el auto en un lunes y más de una semana después no son capaces de dar una lista de partes a mi seguro para que empiecen el reclamo, cuando hable hoy para preguntar como iba el caso, no les gusto las preguntas que les hice, decidieron simplemente colgar me dejo con la palabra en la boca y decidieron NUNCA MÁS CONTESTAR. Que grosería tan grande, en ningún momento se le hablo de mala manera y no son capaces de darte explicaciones lógicas. Espero que NUNCA TENGAN LA MALA SUERTE de que su seguro los mande a reparar su auto en Chevrolet Río Grande muy desilusionado del servicio
This place has the WORST customer service in history, I think they have never given me such bad service, not only that they serve you STANDING at no time do they invite you to sit down to discuss the issue, they bought the car in that same agency of cars and still it is useless. the car was left on a Monday and more than a week later they are not able to give a list of parts to my insurance so they can start the claim, when I called today to ask how the case was going, they did not like the questions I asked them, They decided to just hang up, leaving me with the word in my mouth and they decided NEVER TO ANSWER AGAIN. What a great rudeness, at no time did I speak to him in a bad way and they are not able to give you logical explanations. I hope they NEVER HAVE THE BAD LUCK that their insurance sends them to repair their car at Chevrolet Río Grande very disappointed in the service
