★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 5 estrellas ya que en las 3 ocasiones que he realizado diferentes servicios (frenos del., Frenos traseros, servicio de 60K km) me han atendido muy bien, con buen tiempo, y a un precio razonable. No puedo asegurar que sea realmente un servicio de excelencia, pero mi carro se siente muy bien y no me ha dado ningún problema después de los trabajos realizados. Por eso le doy 5!!
I give it 5 stars since on the 3 occasions that I have performed different services (front brakes, rear brakes, 60K km service) they have treated me very well, in good weather, and at a reasonable price. I cannot assure you that it is really an excellent service, but my car feels very good and has not given me any problems after the work done. That's why I give it 5 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto para dar servicio de mantenimiento, cada año lo hago, al siguiente dia de la entrega comenzo a fallar, se encedian en el tablero todos las señales, y previamente al servicio no le ocurria, por lo cual regrese al dia siguiente para que me ayudaran a resolverlo,
Volvieron a recibir mi auto y me lo entregaron ese mismo dia ya sin las fallas en el tablero.
Pasaron unos dias sin problemas pero volvio a presentarse el problema, y ha estado fallando hasta la fecha. Mi auto tuvo servicio en Marzo, por lo que lo volvi a llevar y me dijeron que si requeria revision mas a fondo me lo cobrarian aparte, Lo cual no me parece propio ya que mi auto se encontraba bien, algo dañaron al darle el servicio y no me respondieron de ninguna forma por las fallas.
Pense que era un buen taller, ya que al ser parte de Sear supuse que el nombre de la empresa respaldaria la calidad pero quede muy decepcionada, ahora debo llevar mi auto a otro taller y esperemos que no hayan dañado la computadora de mi vehiculo o alguna otra cosa :(
I took my car to give maintenance service, every year I do it, the next day of delivery it began to fail, all the signs were lit on the dashboard, and before the service it did not happen, so I returned the next day so that they will help me to solve it,
They received my car again and delivered it to me that same day without the faults on the dashboard.
A few days passed without problems but the problem reappeared, and it has been failing to date. My car had service in March, so I took it back and they told me that if it required a more in-depth review they would charge me separately, which does not seem right to me since my car was fine, something was damaged when giving it the service and They did not respond to me in any way for the failures.
I thought it was a good shop, since being part of Sear I assumed that the name of the company would support the quality but I was very disappointed, now I have to take my car to another shop and hopefully they have not damaged my vehicle's computer or any another thing :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, compras la llanta y te venden la póliza de instalacion afuerzas, si no la compras, no te daban garantia en la llanta, al montar la llanta, les ponen plomos que raya el rin. No las instalen ahi, sus mecánicos carecen de conocimiento.
Bad service, you buy the tire and they sell you the installation policy by force, if you don't buy it, they didn't give you a guarantee on the tire, when mounting the tire, they put leads that scratch the rim. Do not install them there, their mechanics lack knowledge.
