★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia no se por que ponen que abren a las 9 am si abren a la hora que quieren yo espere desde las 9;30 hasta 11:45 hay para que ne esten esperanzados a que vallan temprano
In my experience I do not know why they open at 9 am if they open at the time they want me to wait from 9:30 to 11:45 there are so that they are not hopeful to go early

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil encontrar abierto, abren tarde y cuando abren están jugando, hablando por teléfono o pegan su letrero de “vuelvo en 30 min”. Si te llegan a atender atienden de mala forma. Muy mal servicio. Favor de contratar mejor personal.
Difficult to find open, they open late and when they open they are playing games, talking on the phone or sticking their "I'll be back in 30 min" sign. If they come to attend to you, they attend in a bad way. Very poor service. Please hire better staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malhumorado y grosero el que atiende. Y peor aún si llegas a la hora de la botana o la hora del chisme. Además sino quiere atender de manda directamente a DHL o Fedex que están sobre la carretera. No pierdan su tiempo aquí. Mejor ir directamente a DHL o Fedex que están sobre la México-puebla.
Grumpy and rude the one who attends. And even worse if you arrive at snack time or gossip time. Also, if you do not want to send orders directly to DHL or Fedex that are on the road. Don't waste your time here. Better to go directly to DHL or Fedex which are on Mexico-Puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para lo que yo fuí a hacer estuvo bien, tal vez no como la atención que tienen en DHL pero si muy bien. En mi caso yo sólo iba a entregar una guía de FedEx y pues me queda más cerca está sucursal que ir a la Oficina que está en la carretera México-Puebla y si me recibieron el paquete sin problemas. Ya el problema de tiempos de entrega viene siendo la paquetería que escogas (o en éste caso me asignaron FedEx que son más lentos que DHL)
For what I went to do it was good, maybe not like the attention they have at DHL but very good. In my case, I was only going to deliver a FedEx guide and since this branch is closer to me than to go to the office that is on the Mexico-Puebla highway and if they received the package without problems. The problem of delivery times is already the parcel you choose (or in this case I was assigned FedEx which is slower than DHL)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio el señor que estaba atendiendo hablando por teléfono y cuando lleve mi paquete que ya tenía el peso resultó que peso 5 kilos más no se dejen, son una bola de rateros vallas directamente a las sucursales
Bad service the man who was answering the phone and when I took my package that already had the weight it turned out that it weighed 5 kilos more, don't let them, they are a bunch of thieves go directly to the branches
