★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mecánicos no saben, te cambian pieza que son caras y que la moto no necesita el cambio, se inventan problemas que segun ellos tienen para cobrarte mas.
Tuve que ir a otro taller porque la dejaron peor de lo que estaba.
The mechanics do not know, they change parts that are expensive and that the motorcycle does not need the change, they invent problems that according to them they have to charge you more.
I had to go to another workshop because they left it worse than it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi moto a hacer un cambio de balatas delanteras, pague completo y solo las lijaron pero me las cobraron como nuevas lo que rayó el disco de mi moto. No fui a reclamar, pero perdieron un cliente.
I took my motorcycle to change the front brake pads, I paid in full and they only sanded them but they charged me as new, which scratched the disk of my motorcycle. I did not go to claim, but they lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio, sobre todo por parte de las señoritas que te reciben de mala gana.
Llevé mi motocicleta a servicio y corrección de falla pero tuve que regresar porque la falla no fue corregida y dijeron que porque yo no les dije que fallaba (cosa que es mentira porque de hecho me cobraron un extra por esa revisión).
La segunda vez la dejé varios días para que la revisaran con calma pero al parecer no le hicieron nada hasta que yo llame para preguntar como iban con ella y me volvieron a cobrar. Cuando pregunté por qué dijeron que porque le hicieron algo que se suponía ya le había hecho la primer vez que la lleve.
Definitivamente no vuelvo a ese taller.
Terrible attention and service, especially from the ladies who receive you reluctantly.
I took my motorcycle for service and fault correction but I had to go back because the fault was not corrected and they said because I did not tell them it was faulty (which is a lie because in fact they charged me extra for that revision).
The second time I left her for several days to be examined calmly but apparently they did nothing until I called to ask how they were doing with her and they charged me again. When I asked why they said they did something to her that she was supposed to have done the first time I took her.
I'm definitely not going back to that workshop.
