★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,hice un pedido y me dijeron que tardaba 3 horas en llegar,cosa que no fue verdad ya que llegó 5 horas después. Pedí de comer no de cenar ?

Lo que se prepara en el lugar esta muy muy rico ??, el servicio a cliente, cuidado del lugar y hasta este apartado en linea, son de muy buena calidad.
They are very well stocked, the meat comes out very well just like their other products.
What is prepared in the place is very very rich ??, customer service, care of the place and even this online section, are of very good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con los paquetes asados, se entiende que tienen muchos pedidos pero tardan hasta 2 1/2 hrs en llevar tu pedido a domicilio.
Igual hice un pedido en la tienda y me dijeron que pasara en 1 hora por el, llegué 1 1/2 hr después y apenas estaban poniendo el pedido en el asdor. Muy buena la carne y todo pero deberían ser concientes de eso y ampliar su capacidad para que esto no pase tan seguido.
Lousy service with roasted packages, it is understood that they have many orders but it takes up to 2 1/2 hours to take your order home.
I also placed an order at the store and they told me to go through it 1 hour later, I arrived 1 1/2 hr later and they were just placing the order on the grill. Very good meat and everything but they should be aware of that and expand their capacity so that this does not happen so often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo es la segunda vez q pierden el.pedido la primera vez esperamos cerca de 1:30 mas de lo pactado y la carne cruda y hoy me dice no tengo su pedido pero la señorita estaba consciente de q llame a la 1 y me dice espere otroa 40 min.. son las 4.30 y quiere q espere 40 min son jaladas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardados y mal hechos con su carne asada, la encargué a las 11am y si no voy a checar a las 3pm, me llegaba mas tarde pues la tenían ahí de mostrador, llegó casi fría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, van demasiadas veces que pido a domicilio y se tardan lo que se les da la gana. La señora de la tercera edad que atiende las llamadas por lo general esta muy distraída.
Cambiare de carnicería por que ya estoy cansado de todo esto.
Terrible service, they go too many times that I ask at home and they take what they want. The elderly lady who takes calls is generally very distracted.
I'll change the butcher shop because I'm tired of all this.

Son muy tardados, mas de 2 horas para que pudieran entregar cuando me habían dicho que una hora y después que 20 min y al final fueron cerca de 2 horas y media, el que esta en el asador se la pasa fumando cerca de los alimentos, lo ven a uno ahí en espera y parece que no les interesa están en su mundo, que pésima organización!!!
Si pudiera no les daría ni una sola estrella
