★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo califico con 3 estrellas por lo siguiente, el sabado todo normal adquiri un equipo nuevo con plan tarifario, ese mismo día le pregunte al joven que me atendio que si podia cambiar el chip de un telefono en amigo kit que tengo, me dijo que si, fui el dia de ayer y bueno no me soluciono el problema, pero me dio un número telefonico para marcarle, hoy le marco y me manda directo al buzon, voy a la tienda y no estaba el, era otra señorita le comente que si me podia cambiar el chip a un tamaño mas pequeño y lo que si me molesto fue que dijo que el cambio del chip no se podia al menos que fuera con plan tarifario de 279, le dije que no que yo solo queria cambio de tamaño del chip y dijo que no, la verdad si me sali molesta de ahí, me comentaron en telcel por internet que eso que me estaba diciendo dicha señorita, señora o lo que sea no estaba permitido y generaron un reporte, por eso los califico con esas estrellas, yo creo que piensan que uno esta ca#%$& dinero para contratar varios planes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy tardada y el personal tiene poca actitud de servicio, lo que si es que te resuelven pero tienes que hacer una gran espera, y es defendible por la cantidad de gente que tienen pero también es verdad que tienen muchas ventanillas. Esperemos que sean mas eficaces y reduzcan los tiempos de espera.
