A mi hija y a mi nos ayudaron mucho y nos apoyaron con medicamentos en el lapso que el psiquiatra lo recetó.. a pesar que las citas son lejanas hay médicos que nos dan la facilidad de presentarnos si sentimos algúna inquietud antes de la cita (esperando un espacio pero nos atienden) recomendable!!
 Very good attention and help !! They helped my daughter and I a lot and supported us with medications in the period prescribed by the psychiatrist ... even though the appointments are far away, there are doctors who give us the facility to introduce ourselves if we feel any concern before the appointment (waiting for a space but they take care of us) recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el telefono para citas y o es demasiado tardado, Pero ojalá tuvieran la nesecidad de acudir a un lugar asi para que vean que se siente, No vamos por molestar a nadie vamos por que es un lugar que puede brindar la atencion que requieren nuestros familiares, Esto en cuestion telefonica y algunas personas de vigilancia y farmacia despotas, A mi me han tocado Doctores muy profesionales

Una femenina de nombre Edith N, violento a mi menor hijo, evitando que pasara a su consulta, se trata del personal de seguridad, gozando de prepotencia queriéndome intimidar otra de ellas sale de la casilla a la calle siguiéndome con la mirada, es un delito violentar a un menor de edad, por lo tanto se le pide apoyo al Director General tome cartas en el asunto ya que no es la primera vez de la prepotencia de la que gozan estas mujeres, ya han puesto quejas en contra de ellas, y no hacen absolutamente nada, de que privilegios gozan está empresa de seguridad, es una CLINICA DE SALUD MENTAL , no es un centro penitenciario, voy a solicitar el apoyo e las autoridades competentes para evitar se sigan cometiendo estas violaciones a los derechos de mi menor hijo…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los peores centros de salud mental de la capital mexiquense , si el servicio era pésimo antes de la pandemia no me puedo imaginar ahora , además sus "profesionales" carecen de tacto al tratar a los pacientes , la verdad es que su servicio deja muchísimo que desear , pero que más se puede esperar de una institución de gobierno :(
