★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente se encuentra abandonado y sin actividad por la pandemia. Hay una gran inversión y un proyecto muy interesante para el desarrollo comunitario, sin embargo falta liderazgo y acciones del gobierno concretas para reactivar y hacer productivas las instalaciones.
 It is currently abandoned and inactive due to the pandemic. There is a large investment and a very interesting project for community development, however there is a lack of leadership and concrete government actions to reactivate and make the facilities productive.
