Esta es la casona más antigua de la República Mexicana. Construída con material de una Pirámide Mexica y material de construcción nativo. Se tiene que pedir permiso para el ingreso , debido a qué hay menores de edad en sus instalaciones. Al entrar a la construcción, se siente una energía muy potente qué corre tu piel . Gracias al patronato , al INVI Y al Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia , podemos disfrutar de esta casona única e INCREÍBLE.. LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la Casa más antigua de la Ciudad de México, y esta en la Calle de Manzanares # 25 en el Centro Histórico, era una especie de Casa fantasma antiquísima y probablemente la ultima casa del siglo XVI que se conserva en el Centro, es posible que haya sido una vivienda indígena, pues esta fue una zona habitacional popular desde Tenochtitlan. Se sabe que la vivienda contaba con 16 habitaciones alrededor de un patio central con lavadero, un ejemplo típico de un hogar prehispánico.
La casa se rehabilitó para fines culturales y sociales y no con fines de vivienda.

This is the oldest House in Mexico City, and it is on Calle de Manzanares # 25 in the Historic Center, it was a kind of very old ghost house and probably the last house from the 16th century that is preserved in the Center, it is possible that it was an indigenous dwelling, since this was a popular residential area since Tenochtitlan. It is known that the house had 16 rooms around a central patio with a laundry room, a typical example of a pre-Hispanic home.
The house was rehabilitated for cultural and social purposes and not for housing purposes.
