★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge Cultural center built with high expectations but showing poor quality materials. It's an extraordinary space with a large exhibition area. It hosts a large theater but again it's cheap bad materials make it look old and bad.
It's a shame. If they've only consider state of the art materials, the place would be excellent. Quite problem getting there. It's not worth visiting
