El Centro Cultural San Gabriel, nació con el nombre de “Centro de Expresión Artística Artemisia”, el primero de enero del año 2000. Se dio el nombre de Artemisia porque ella es considerada la primera pintora en la historia del arte, relación que tiene con su fundadora Gabriela Gallardo Saavedra como mujer emprendedora luchando por un sueño y que como artista visual difunde en su país el Arte y la Cultura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, solo se quieren colgar de lo que ven que le pueden robar de "programas" a quienes engañan como centro de arte para después mostrarse ignorantes al no saber mover ni las redes sociales, diciéndose ocupados en nimiedades y hacerte dar vueltas. ¡Mucho ojo! Ya no dependan de este tipo de lugares que solo se sienten orgullosos por contar cuántos pueden tener por debajo.
Terrible place, they just want to hang on what they see that they can steal from "programs" to those who cheat as an art center and then show themselves ignorant by not knowing how to move or social networks, saying they are busy in trifles and make you spin. Keep an eye out! No longer depend on these types of places that are only proud to count how many they can have underneath.
