El CCT es una de las obras arquitectónicas más premiadas a nivel mundial en los últimos tiempos , en él se han presentado más de 200 eventos de múltiples disciplinas, así como conciertos con alrededor de 6 mil artistas en escena, y un promedio de 80 mil visitantes.
En su edición del 23 de agosto de 2018, la revista internacional TIME, reconoció al CCT como uno de los 100 Mejores Lugares del Mundo 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!! I can't describe how amazing and magical this place is! It offers a beautiful setup for concerts and special events. What blew me away wasn't the pyramids or the beautiful auditorium nor the horizontal platform surrounding the triangular building which serves as a viewing area for the archeological zone, but the warmth, kindness, and special customer service provided by each and every employee working there. They make you feel like a rock star!
