Lo declaró así la legislatura local, el Ayuntamiento de Ahome y dio fe de ello la Comisión Nacional de Ciudades Heroicas de la Asociación Nacional de Cronistas de Comunidades y Ciudades de México.
Admirable place of historical and cultural recreation in the Heroic Port of Topolobampo, Site of National Historic Interest, -which bears the name of Carlos Cital García- as of October 15, 2021. This was declared by the local legislature, the Ahome City Council and the National Commission of Heroic Cities of the National Association of Cronistas of Communities and Cities of Mexico attested to it.
