Madero y calle Zaragoza el Mercado Porfirio Díaz, el cual fue remodelado, también, en los años 20`s del mismo siglo, adquiriendo el nombre de Mercado José María Pino Suárez. Entre los años de 1964 y 1982 alberga al Palacio Municipal, y hacia el año de 1985 lo ocupa la Biblioteca Manuel R. Mora incorporada a la Red Nacional de Bibliotecas. Para los años noventas es cambiada nuevamente la función de este recinto, convirtiéndose en lo que se conoce actualmente como el Centro Cultural Villahermosa. Ahora bien, el edificio ha resentido el paso del tiempo, motivo por el cual se realizó una remodelación bastante benéfica para el recinto, adquiriendo una arquitectura vanguardista propia del nuevo milenio, siendo reinaugurado el 29 de noviembre de 2000, con la colección Rodin, del Museo Soumaya de México. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Porfirio Díaz Market was inaugurated at the junction of the current Av. Madero and Zaragoza street, which was also remodeled in the 20`s of the same century, acquiring the name of José María Pino Suárez Market . Between 1964 and 1982 it houses the Municipal Palace, and around 1985 it is occupied by the Manuel R. Mora Library incorporated into the National Library Network. For the nineties, the function of this venue was changed again, becoming what is currently known as the Villahermosa Cultural Center. Now, the building has suffered the passage of time, which is why a quite beneficial remodeling was carried out for the site, acquiring an avant-garde architecture of the new millennium, being reopened on November 29, 2000, with the Rodin collection, from the Soumaya Museum of Mexico.
