★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 22 de diciembre acudí a comprar un calentador Bosch, pero la vendedora se equivocó y me dio uno a gas LP, pero yo necesitaba uno para gas natural. El sábado nos dimos cuenta del error, llamé a la sucursal y la vendedora me dijo que fuera a la sucursal por un folio y luego a almacén para hacer el cambio físico. Pero ayer domingo que fui en la bodega se rehusaron a hacer el cambio a pesar del papel de autorización que ya llevaba yo. El personal fue grosero, descuidado, con una pésima actitud y atención. Regresé con el gerente de la sucursal, de nombre Damián, quien se negó a darme su apellido, quien me dijo que no podía hacer nada por ser domingo y que debía esperar a la buena voluntad de su proveedor, cuando yo le compré a ellos, no al proveedor... El cambio me urge porque estamos sin gas y en días laborales. Pésima atención de Llano de la Torre, que no solo se niega a aceptar sus errores, sino que hace pagar por ellos a sus clientes. Mejor vean otra opción y lean siempre la letra pequeña.

The change urges me because we are without gas and on business days. Terrible attention of Llano de la Torre, who not only refuses to accept his mistakes, but makes his clients pay for them. Better see another option and always read the fine print.
