Hacia años que entrene lima lama llegando a cafe 1er grado y este año 2021 me pidio mi espiritu cerrar el ciclo a mis 49 años,retome con determinaciòn el hacerlo llegando con el profesor Rafael Piña quien sin duda su experiencia de años lograron hilar lo ya aprendido y integrarlo a lo nuevo en mi mente,el apoyo recibido a traves de el a sido fundamental hoy en este dia estoy a unos meses de llegar a cinta negra gracias a su virtud de saber transmitir y enseñar esta tecnica a niñ@s y adultos.!!!

For years I have been training Lima Lama reaching 1st grade cafe and this year 2021 my spirit asked me to close the cycle at 49 years old, I resumed doing it with determination arriving with Professor Rafael Piña who undoubtedly his experience of years managed to weave together what I had already learned and integrate it to the new in my mind, the support received through him has been fundamental today on this day I am a few months away from reaching black belt thanks to his virtue of knowing how to transmit and teach this technique to children and adults.! !!
