★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, me dieron de alta un seguro que no contrate y llevo mes y medio solicitando la aclaración. Cosa que aun no se soluciona.
En el contrato claramente no se solicito y en esta sucursal mandaron el contrato 20 días despues con el cargo del seguro.
 Pesimo, I was registered for an insurance that I did not hire and I have been asking for clarification for a month and a half. Which is still not solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de la Gerente y sus empleados no te dan soluciones al contrario, el chiste es venderte un plan, como es posible que me quieran dejar 40 días sin línea!!!!! NO VAYAN a ese CA, solo inventan reglas y solo te dan pretextos, bola de mentirosos!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cuando se les pidió hablar con su gerente nos negaron la atención. La Señorita que nos había comentado que para recuperar línea era suficiente la Cédula en el centro nos dijeron que no. Con que uno muestre que es el titular de la línea es suficiente.
Very bad service, when asked to speak to their manager they denied us attention. The lady who had told us that to recover the line was enough the ID in the center told us no. Just showing that you are the owner of the line is enough.
