★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion fue tardarda por causas ajenas a los empleados, pero fueron persistentes y solucionaron el problema. Ojalá asi de resolutivos sean todos los trabajadores de ATT incluidos los operadores telefonicos.
The attention was delayed for reasons beyond the control of the employees, but they were persistent and solved the problem. Hopefully all ATT workers including telephone operators are so decisive.
