★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TelCel is a joke anymore. The have ads on buses, benches and half the building in Merida. But if you go in and asked to buy a new phone, for cash, forget it. They don't have it and don't have any idea when they will have one.
And they will take your phone number and promise to call when they get them. You will never hear from them. Your neighbors and friends will show you the phone the bought that week but when you call... all gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough attendants on duty. Even though there was only 4 people ahead of me I was forced to wait more than half an hour. My simple question took ten seconds to answer but I had that long wait to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice , clean, modern store. I went there to buy a different modem, and it was out of stock. I was told to try back in 3 days. Since I am an hour plus drive away, it is not convenient to come back.It would be nice if they ensured they do not run out of stock.
