★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único centro de atención a clientes Telcel en la zona. Se ubica dentro del centro comercial de las Américas, es grande y con bastantes empleados y, aún así, los fines de semana llegan a tener muchísima clientela y he llegado a esperar hasta una hora para poder ser atendido.
La atención de los empleados es muy buena pero, debo decirlo, la última vez que fui a qué me resolvieran un problema, me hicieron comprar un nuevo chip (sin tener la necesidad de hacerlo) y nunca pudieron solucionar mi problema, la chica que me atendió nunca entendió todo lo que le dije y me tuve que retirar sin solución y habiendo tenido un gasto innecesario de dinero.

La atención pésima, contrate un plan con teléfono hawei y termine pagando mas del valor casi pague mas de 30 mil pesos , solo porque no saben dar información, cada vez que iba me decían cosas diferentes, y tenia que pagar cosas que ellos no informan o avisan ,levante reporte hasta de robo del aparato lo bloquearon "SEGUN" y me voy enterando QUE NO EXISTIA NINGUN REPORTE y que activaron el servicio y tenia que seguir pagando, ES UN ROBO! ROBO! ROBO
