★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, una basura la compañía. No te dan solución ni apoyo para un trámite tan sencillo como recuperar un número. En línea te dicen o te dan opciones y en sucursal te las niegan.
En verdad consideren otras opciones de telefonía, está definitivamente no sabe lo que es la atención al cliente,ni le importa.
Overall, the company is rubbish. They do not give you a solution or support for a procedure as simple as recovering a number. Online they tell you or give you options and in the branch they deny them.
Seriously consider other telephony options, you definitely don't know what customer service is, nor do you care.
