★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante mi visita a este centro de atención tuve una grata experiencia, ya, que fui atendido muy rápido y me solucionaron las dudas que tenía. Se cumplen los protocolos de sanidad, tanto para los visitantes como los mismos empleados del Centro de Atención. La ubicación está muy bien, solo que no cuentan con estacionamiento propio y, se debe batallar un poco para conseguir lugar en donde dejar los vehículos. Fuera de eso, todo bien.
During my visit to this care center I had a pleasant experience, since I was attended very quickly and they solved the doubts I had. Health protocols are complied with, both for visitors and the employees of the Service Center. The location is very good, only they do not have their own parking and, you have to struggle a bit to find a place to leave your vehicles. Outside of that, all good.

El chófer se comportó grosero, detuvo el auto y me reto a bajarme del auto y agarrarnos a golpes. Hice el reporte en la App y bloquearon mi cuenta. Quise eliminar mi cuenta y no me lo permitieron reteniendo mis datos personales. Llamé a sus números 800 de Atención al cliente y no me dieron solución alguna pasando mi llamada de un área a otra y dejándome durante mucho tiempo en espera. Levantaré denuncia ante la PROFECO.
DO NOT USE DiDi, AWFUL SERVICE.
The driver was rude, stopped the car and dared me to get out of the car and beat the crap out of us. I made the report in the App and they blocked my account. I wanted to delete my account and they did not allow me to retain my personal data. I called their 800 Customer Service numbers and they did not give me any solution, transferring my call from one area to another and leaving me on hold for a long time. I will file a complaint with PROFECO.
