★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal, es increíble que no pueda efectuar un pago en casi una hora porque no hay sistema, que los teléfonos en línea no pueda uno comunicarse están peor que los de los servicios bancarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardado solo esta una chica ella muy amable pero cerrado 2 horas por su comida y una sola persona para atender a todos diferentes asuntos se tarda una hora connun cliente y un pago que seria rapido sale en mas de una hora si vana decir hay diferentes formas de pago pero no siempre hay dinero ennlas tarjetas también requerimos hacer pagos en efectivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen cambios de costos sin avisar cuando domicilias o usas una tarjeta para el cobro automático, la velocidad no es constante, me cobran 100 megas y siempre que vienen los técnicos a reparar las fallas ellos mismos mencionan que tengo 70 megas y que no es posible que tenga más velocidad. Ya realizaron el cambio de router, todo el cableado y realizaron llamadas para hacer pruebas y nada hace que sea estable la conexión (El dorado y algunos vecinos de la Antigua Tultepec, mencionan lo mismo).
Estuve sin servicio durante 18 días y me cobraban el pago normal, hasta que reclamé y no les pagué los meses siguientes fué como solucionaron y hacer un descuento.
Parece que es mentira pero recomiendo otros servicios pero MegaCable no es una buena opción, siempre tendrás problemas de internet a todas horas todos los días y más de 6pm y las 10pm el servicio desaparece 20 minutos y regresa poco más lento.
Piensenlo 3 veces antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO PÉSIMO PÉSIMO llevo 1 mes queriendo cancelar y no puedo porque a la hora de instalación me dejaron un equipo erróneo al registrado las mujeres disque mandan correo y siempre es lo mismo he acudido 5 veces y ahora me dicen que si quiero cancelar debo pagar el equipo cosa que no fue mi problema el servicio es el mas caro y súper deficiente a cada rato se me iba el internet y la atención terrible la mujer siempre molesta ya ni me dirige la palabra manda a otra chica a contestarme y ni una ni otra me resuelve nada…
