★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia me robaron mi celular y fui a recuperar mi chip, el cual he tenido yo por más de 12 años, me atiende Antonio espinosa ( así me dijo que se llama ) y me informa que mi línea esta a nombre de otra persona ( que no conozco ) y que no puede ayudarme le mostré, algunas evidencias de que es mi línea pero no hizo nada. El señor estaba poniendo atencion a sus redes sociales por eso no me brindo el servicio, fui a otro centro movistar y ahí si me ayudaron y ya tengo mi chip ( necesito mi línea más que nada por mi trabajo) por favor chequen a nombre de quien están sus líneas porque había otras personas con el mismo problema

The man was paying attention to his social networks, so he did not provide the service, I went to another Movistar center and there they helped me and I already have my chip (I need my line more than anything for my work) please check who's name are your lines because there were other people with the same problem
